The robe is golden-colored with a moyen intensity. The nose is charming with scents of white and exotic fruits. The taste is round and fresh with an enjoyable and reasonable moelleux. It’s the sweetest cuvée for the amateurs of markedly less sweet wine.
Ideal with cakes or white fruits, exotic dessert...
Served around 8/9 degrees.
Harvested with hands at the middle of october with a selection of yellow-gold grapes affected at 50% of noble rot. The grapes contain 260 gr / liter of natural sugar at the harvest.Soft pneumatic pressing during 3 hours. Alcoolic fermentation in vat stainless steel at a natural temperature of 19 to 22° C. Maturing in vat on a fine lees with three rackings during the winter.
