The robe is yellow gold. The nose is fruity, aromatic, enjoyable with scents of white and agrums fruits. The taste is round, floral and fresh.
Seafood (raw or cooked), grill fish, bread fish, fish rillettes, summer aperitifs, cold starter.
Served around 8/10 degrees.
Selection of the best yellow grapes with an average degree of 13,5 % Vol natural. Very soft pneumatic pressing, after a macera- tion for the Chardonnay and the Chenin. Alcoholic fermentation in tank with a natu- ral temperature of 18-20 degrees. Maturing on a fine lees with two rackings during the winter and one during the spring.
