The colour is a ruby with a rim that ranges from blue to purple. The nose is an explosion of fruit flavours, cherry, plum, blueberry, elderberry, blackcurrant, with the freshness of mint and liquorice. What a charmer! On the palate this wine is firm and fleshy, with bright fruit flavours supported by crisp tannins. Lovely!
Beef tartar, grilled red and white meats, roast chicken, chipolatas, squid, Chèvre demi-sec, Camembert, Neufchâtel.
Served around 16/17 degrees
Selection of the best grapes with a natural degree of 13 % by Vol. Traditional maceration of 13 days at 28°C, with brewing, then, manual devatting. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in tank. Maturing on a fine lees during 6 to 9 months in tank with racking.
