Pale rose and salmon coloured with purplish-blue notes. The nose is fresh and fruity with a mix of grapefruit and red berries. The taste is souple and gourmet with a great balance. Dry rose wine.
Ideal wine with light salads, light pasta and rice dishes, especially with seafood, raw or lightly cooked shellfish, grilled fish and goats’ cheeses.
Grilled fish with olive oil and a glass of rosé is the beginning of a great day.
Rosé is best served cold but not iced, between 8-10°C, because of its complex fruit flavor and mild tannins.
Selection of the best grapes at full maturity. Pellicular maceration for a part and direct pressed for the other part. Cold stabulation of few days before alcoholic fermentation. Blend of the grappes varieties at the end of the fermentation for a great balance between the thiols and the esters.
