Golden colour with lovely luminous reflections. The nose is complex, revealing mineral notes alongside white flowers and white fruits. The palate is dense and generous, carried by a beautiful freshness that lingers through to the finish, where the minerality resurfaces.

Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, with no search for botrytised grapes. Gentle, meticulous pressing followed by precise cold settling in tank for 24 hours. Natural fermentation and ageing take place underground and partly in sandstone amphorae on fine lees for nine months. Blending and bottling occur before summer.
