HARVEST
From harvest to bottling, the grapes, must, and wine receive our utmost care so that each cuvée reveals the unique character of its terroir of origin.
In early September, we closely observe the grapes and set the harvest date once the berries have reached perfect ripeness. The grapes are then handled with great delicacy, parcel by parcel — sometimes hand-picked, sometimes machine-harvested for even greater precision, thanks to advanced grape-sorting technology. It is a true alliance between tradition and modern techniques.
