The Grolleau grapes, vinified in the traditional semi-carbonic maceration style, are carefully hand-harvested and sorted, placed in small crates to prevent the berries from being crushed. Yields range between 30 and 40 hl/ha, allowing the true flavour expression of this Loire Valley variety to shine. The parcel lies on the wild “Coteau des Rivières” hillside, where vines are rooted in schist rock and overlook the Hyrôme Valley, offering breathtaking views and rugged slopes.

Commentaire de dégustation L’OEIL, LE NEZ, LA BOUCHECommentaire de dégustation : L’OEIL, LE NEZ, LA BOUCHE
The colour is a deep ruby red. The nose is concentrated, revealing aromas of fresh red berries — notably strawberry and raspberry — accented with a touch of spice. The palate is light and rounded, carried by the fruit and the finesse of the spices. The mouthwatering finish is delightfully indulgent. A delicate, silky wine that restores all the nobility of the Grolleau grape.
