The colour is deep and dark. On the nose, it’s an explosion of fruit — aromas of raspberry, strawberry, redcurrant, and blackberry. The palate is supple, fleshy, and generous, with fine, firm tannins that extend the fruit-driven sensation.

Don’t hesitate to let your bottles rest in the coolest room of your home (14–15°C) for about eight days before tasting. This will allow you to enjoy the full expression of your wine without rushing it.

To be opened just before serving.

Serving temperature: 17°C (63°F).

Vendanges, vinification et élevage : L’ASPECT TECHNIQUE

Given the outstanding quality of the grapes, we opted for traditional, fairly long macerations of 14 to 18 days with gentle extraction. Careful control of temperature and pump-overs allowed us to achieve great precision in crafting this wine.
