The colour is deep and dark. On the nose, it’s an explosion of fruit — aromas of raspberry, strawberry, redcurrant, and blackberry. The palate is supple, fleshy, and generous, with fine, firm tannins that extend the fruit-driven sensation.

Given the outstanding quality of the grapes, we opted for traditional, fairly long macerations of 14 to 18 days with gentle extraction. Careful control of temperature and pump-overs allowed us to achieve great precision in crafting this wine.
